Leonard
R. Wass is the Chief Executive Officer of the Wass Consulting Group, Inc.
(WCG). Immediately prior to forming WCG he was a Vice President in Towers
Perrin's Chicago office and principal founder of Cresap/Towers Perrin's

for providing general management consulting services to the electric power
and natural gas industries.
During his 29 years of consulting experience, Mr. Wass has
conducted or led more than 130 assignments covering a wide range of Board
and executive management concerns. In recent years his consulting thrust
has been aimed at organizationally and politically sensitive and complicated
projects with substantial strategic impact on the client organization.

nuclear operating company feasibility studies, executive search, performance
improvement, strategic redirection, process re engineering, and management
development and succession. Other projects addressed mission, merger/organization

of nuclear power plant construction projects and on other utility management
