  Our approach to staffing enhances our flexibility and cost effectiveness. We retain a small core of principals and staff, augmented on a project specific basis with resources selected from a strong "virtual pool" of domestic and international consultant partners.

  Team members, whether from our core staff or from among our consultant partners, are characteristically mature and seasoned, typically with many years of both line management and consulting experience. Additionally, the breadth of our staff resources allows us to select particularly well-qualified individuals for each assignment.
